HOW TO USE IT THE RIGHT WAY

Apply to wet hair and gently massage into a lather. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

I'm not sure what this product does, but all I know is that it has made my hair more manageable. My hair feels a little bit waxy, though, but it has become soft and comfortable to hold. Also, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high foaming shampoo. It is super affordable too.
